HR Assistant

Provide administrative support for various routine human resource functions and programs to include:
Create new hire binders Conduct phone screens Schedule valpar Schedule interviews Scanning interview records Create new hire employee, medical and training folders/files File employee, medical and training documents Break down and pull out terminated files employee, medical and training records Create drop files for all non GLP training record/sign-up sheets Update the cabinets labeling Update communication electronic, bulletin and staffing boards Create wellness bulletins Assist with Foley recognition program tracking, redemption of UTAS gift items Job fair preparations gather handouts, make copies Scan 2014 domestic visitors requests Update phone and cell lists Add new hires to master e-mail lists Make sure new hires are added to active directory group Assist employees with IT issues Distribute service awards to leaders Prepare birthday card labels Order retirement plaques 5s old files in accordance to record retention policy HS Diploma plus 3 years of experience Associates Degree plus 1 year of experience Must be at least 18 years of age

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
