We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as experience in a medical office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar - Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents - Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality - Assist with insurance verification and billing processes - Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient patient flow - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Experience:
