We are looking for a dependable and outgoing candidate who exudes friendliness with a professional and positive attitude!! This position to be filled is long term with room to grow inside of the company.
Full Time position includes full benefits.
NO WEEKENDS.
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities:
greet patients and customers with a friendly and professional attitude be fluent in electronic medical records and verifying vision benefits interpret optical prescriptions written by optometrists or ophthalmologists assist and style patients with frame selections educate and advise patients on types of lens and treatments offered collect frame and eye measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning create and send lab orders to insurance and manufacturing collect payments and check patients out make adjustments and repairs to glasses or sunglasses as needed check in glasses/lenses on delivery to ensure that they meet the required specifications keep track of orders, delivery, and inventory communicate with optometrist on any questions or concerns with prescriptions or other eye related issues assist with keeping optical showroom, frames, and cases clean and organized additional cross training tasks and duties throughout the office to help as part of our team Experience, Skills, and Education:
-ABO Certification Preferred -At least 1
years of experience in optical preferred -Self motivated to achieve sales and quota goals -Possess an outgoing and approachable attitude to educate and answer all patients questions and concerns -Able to multi task while working well with a team and as an individual -Work in a fast pace environment efficiently and quickly while making each patient feel important and valued Must possess a valid driver's license, dependable means of transportation, and high school diploma or equivalent.
Mandatory back ground check and drug screen required.
