Description of Duties Our General Service Technicians (GST) perform tire retail and diagnostic services and is regularly responsible for the following duties:
Perform tire services such as mounting, balancing and repairing; perform oil changes, check and add vital fluids; service and install car batteries; inspect belts and hoses; inspecting and replace wipers; replace air and cabin filters; and perform multi- point vehicle inspections.
The General Service Technician Must Be Able To:
Speak, write, read and understand English at a level that allows for clear and comprehensive communication with customers and co-workers.
Learn and retain service guidelines, technical information and specifications.
Sit, stand, bend and stoop, often for prolonged periods of time, and be able to maneuver or crawl in awkward positions on occasions.
Push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Endure the physical demands of an auto service location, including being subject to outside temperatures in varying weather conditions, and being exposed to strong smells and noise.
Have the strength and motor skills to handle small tools and parts; to lift and turn large objects; and to input information into a computer system using a keyboard and other devices.
Work retail hours, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
The General Service Technician must:
Have reached the age of 18 Have a high school diploma or equivalent certificate; Have a minimum of 2 years work experience in any field; prior experience in the automotive repair and sales is a plus.
Have an understanding of the parts, tools and equipment required for tire repairs and servicing; Have basic computer skills; Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
