Responsibilities:
Oversee On-duty Team Members carrying out their duties.
Assign On-duty Team Members where needed to best meet Guest Service's needs.
Assist in training Guest Services employees to ensure the highest level of guest service.
Ensure all operational guidelines for On-duty Team Members are followed.
Achieve objectives set forth by the Guest Services Manager/Assistant Manager.
Acts as the central point of contact for all guest/operational issues during the shift.
Administer Team Member corrective action when needed.
Promote a healthy, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
Reports any departmental needs to the Guest Services Manager/Assistant Manager.
Performs the duties of a Team Member in their absence.
Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED Willing and able to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold and rainy conditions.
Proficient experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel or similar Able to lift up to 20lbs without assistance and 30lbs with assistance.
Strong communicator with the ability to motivate a team, deliver quality results, and maintain a positive attitude.
Ability to adequately and successfully perform all duties and responsibilities of this position.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
