Customer Service Advisor We are seeking self-motivated generational talent to continue to uphold.

The Customer Service Advisor is primarily responsible for:
Greeting and determining the customer's automotive service needs and making an appropriate diagnosis and then explaining the options to resolve the customer needs The Customer Service Advisor Must Be Able To:
Speak, write and read English at a high school level.
Count money, run inventory audits, and review vendor pricing agreements for compliance with company goals.
Input information into a computer system using a keyboard, and be able use email, spreadsheet, inventory and reporting computer programs.
Sit, stand, bend and stoop, often for prolonged periods of time.
Push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis, and up to 50 pounds on occasion.
Work retail hours, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
The Customer Service Advisor Must Have:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; A minimum of 1 years full time work experience in any field is required; at least one year of experience in the automotive repair and tire service field is preferred.
Basic computer skills required.
